Awarded Honorable Mention for the Freshdesk IT ticketing campaign. This campaign announced a change-over with our internal IT ticketing system. IT team members wore branded aprons, hosted a lunch, and employees came to the “Freshdesk deli” to learn about the new software.
Table trays were branded with IT ticketing data, info about Freshdesk, and a presentation was given by IT staff at the event.
