Worked with the SPARKLE ERG at Workhuman to deliver on communications and creative in support of Pride. Paired with a Spotify playlist, Pride comms featured music, videos, and powerful messaging around bring our true, authentic selves to the workplace.
A handcrafted Pride
Celebrating in a remote world, all Pride sessions were held on Zoom. I partnered with our SPARKLE ERG to theme this year’s event as a “more handcrafted Pride.” Stories of those who paved the way were stitched together on communication channel. We crafted conversations through panel discussions and learning sessions. Lastly, we more tightly wove a culture of belonging. Together.
