One of the most unique and collaborative projects I worked on during my time at Workhuman. I had this idea to connect our employees through music. We found music to be powerful, at the start of big meetings, in video – music to help cement in memories. I organized a group of employees to record themselves singing or playing an instrument for a portion of the song “Better Days” by Dermot Kennedy (an Irish artist). We launched this as the opening of our company kick-off.
