Concept to creation of the theming and deliverables for our 2021 IGNITE global company kick-off. Employees received a package containing a 2020 Yearbook highlighting a year of resilience at Workhuman, varsity jacket sweatshirt, and
laptop stickers.

The yearbook cataloged our last in-person company kick-off in 2020 before the world shut down due to a global pandemic. The book then shifted to our company response internally and externally as we came together as a global community, as humans, as we adapted to a fully-remote work life, and found new ways to connect.

Leading up to the event, our comms plan focused on playful images of our leadership team members at a much younger age, and encouraged employees to engage and guess the answers to the questions below on Slack.

Employees will forever have this memorabilia to revisit and remember how we all came together during a crisis.
